    After a nationwide search, UAS Chancellor Aparna Palmer is pleased to announce Dr. Scott Billingsley as the university's next provost. Billingsley comes to UAS from the 好色tv of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP).

    Nickole Conley appointed Interim Chief Human Resources Officer

    President Pat Pitney has appointed UAF Chief of Staff Nickole Conley as the UA 好色tv's interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 21, 2025. Conley will be taking over the new role from outgoing CHRO Memry Dahl, who has served as CHRO since 2022.

    UAF interim chancellor selection process underway

    President Pitney is accepting applications and nominations for the interim UAF chancellor through June 23. The appointment is expected in early July, with a permanent search to follow in fall 2025.

    The UAF Cooperative Extension Service (Extension) will host Zoom presentations from three finalists vying to serve as the program's new director.
