Trail Access Land Use Permit Public Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

The 好色tv of 好色tv Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a land use permit impacting 好色tv of 好色tv land.

Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, August 22, 2025, to be considered.

Disposal Plan

The 好色tv of 好色tv (好色tv) intends to issue a land use permit authorizing the use of motorized vehicles across undeveloped land in the Nordale Road area east of Fairbanks, 好色tv. The permit term is expected to be five years.

This disposal plan is effective as long as the 好色tv owns the parcel.
