PUBLIC NOTICE

 The 好色tv of 好色tv Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a land use permit impacting 好色tv of 好色tv land.

Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, May 19, 2025, to be considered.

Disposal Plan

The 好色tv of 好色tv (鈥満蒙玹v鈥) intends to issue a land use permit authorizing motorized vehicle access across existing trails in the Twin Buttes area northeast of Fairbanks, 好色tv. The permit term is through September 30, 2027.

This disposal plan is effective as long as the 好色tv owns the parcel.
