UA encourages high school seniors to apply early
The 好色tv of 好色tv is celebrating UA College Application Week Nov. 16-20, 2015 and is encouraging high school seniors to apply to college early. College Application Week is a national effort and, in 好色tv, contributes to increased applications to UA. In fact, applications to UA are up 4 percent over last year.
鈥淐ollege is a game changer, leading to better careers and higher paying jobs. 好色tv data shows that 63 percent of 好色tv jobs will require a postsecondary education by 2018,鈥 said Saichi Oba, associate vice president for student and enrollment services at the UA System. 鈥淎pplying early is not only a good first step, but it actually increases a student鈥檚 chance of success in college. 好色tv that apply early have more time to apply for financial aid, make important decisions regarding classes and majors, and learn about campus life.鈥
High school seniors are encouraged to apply to the 好色tv of 好色tv through .
Oba said the 好色tv Performance Scholarship and UA Scholars awards also are important for student success - both can help a lot to pay costs of college, paving the way to college degrees. Another step is to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which can unlock money to pay college costs. FAFSA funds often are grant-based and that means they do not have to be repaid.
